We are happy to announce STAMBHA’s brand NEW workshop which will be offered in the Nature in Zurich Forest 🌳☀️💦🧚♀️🌿💚 .
Ezgi will be teaching to support you with the time of the Fall Equinox, a time to find balance in our being. This workshop will be a deep self growth journey and also very healing by just being in the Nature. Both for your self and also serving the collective process that we are all in at this important moment of time for all beings on the planet.
We will be turning deep within following the New Moon in Virgo and embracing the eccentric unique power this time holds, embracing our potential for new beginnings, a new way of being a new way of relating to ourselves as the planet is asking us to shift our perception and to change the current measures we are taking our health and wellbeing.
We will be journeying through the Elements of Nature: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space. Ezgi will guide you via various dimensions of yoga: Asana, Philosophy, Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama and Meditation. We will connect Hindu Shaiva Tantra Yoga philosophy from universal, down to the manifestation on earth through all 5 elements and layers of our existence: physical body, breath, mind, heart, wisdom, and divine essence. We will also bring in Astrology and much more.
In the morning before the lunch break, we will be serving a cacao drink. If you have any allergies for any of the items below, please specify it in the registration form:

“Follow-up YOGA-AND-BEYOND”: Ezgi will be offering private individual sessions post-workshop week (September 21-24 2020) online. If you are interested in deepening your weekend experience and follow up the workshop with a private session to culminate your individual journey, Ezgi offers sessions yoga-and-beyond: Astrology, Personal Holistic Coaching, Yoga, Family&Systemic Constellations, and beyond.
In case of rain💦 : we have an indoor location which is fully surrounded by nature with a magnificent view🍀✨.

If you are interested in deepening your weekend experience, you may chose to book a private individual session with Ezgi, online: Astrology, Personal Holistic Coaching, Family & Systemic Constellations, Yoga. Bookings on request during the week. Sessions last between 60 & 90min.
For workshop participants we offer a 10% discount on all individual sessions offered from September 21-24 2020, the deadline for signup with the discounted rate is September 21st. The individual session slots are first come first serve. We have limited capacity, so please sign up for your individual session as soon as possible.
