This one-week retreat combines the timeless wisdom of Yoga with variety of personal and spiritual growth tools, supporting a deep self-rejuvenation journey. There will also be plenty of time every day for you to just relax and discover this beautiful land! We are looking forward to this transformational, rejuvenating, and empowering week together!
7 nights - 8 days RETREAT: Deep Self-Rejuvenation Journey within and out. Come join us for a deep self discovery this summer!
1st Day Arrival: Arrival is anytime after 14:00. The first yoga-and-beyond practice will start at 17:00.
First day there will be a welcome dinner at the hotel all together at 20:00.
*General Daily Schedule:
6:45-7:15 Sunrise Meditation, Mantra, Pranayama
7:15-8:45 Yoga-and-Beyond Session
8:45-10:00 Delicious breakfast of variety of fresh food to rejuvenate our bodies
The major part of the day is free for your own exploration, either to go deeper within and relaxing at the retreat site or to explore the surroundings on walks through the magnificent countryside of Crete. If your prefer, there is also the opportunity to sightsee together as a community in the group.
17:00-19:00 Yoga-and-Beyond Session (some days the session may be longer starting at 16:00-19:00 or 16:30-19:30, TBA during the retreat. And one afternoon may be dedicated to group sightseeing and the session my happen off-site that day)
19:00-19:30 Sunset Meditation and Pranayama
19:30-20:00 Departure for dinner on your own or as a group
8th Day Departure: The morning schedule will be same as the previous days: meditation, and yoga-and-beyond session. The retreat ends after delicious final day breakfast. You are free to explore more on your own if you like!

*Ezgi will be offering variety of personal and spiritual growth and transformation tools throughout the retreat combining variety of her skills, both for the whole group and also available as personal holistic coaching. Please see below for details.
LOCATION: Lena Beach Hotel, Crete Greece
Travel & Transportation
For flights, the closest airport to the retreat center is Crete Chania (CHQ) airport. The hotel is only 10min away from the airport. We will be providing the transportation from and to the airport. If you choose so, you may rent a car for your convenience during the retreat OR you may want to share the car rental with some retreat participants. The retreat cost does includes transport costs from and to the CHQ airport.
We have chosen the retreat dates according to the ease of available flights. There are direct flights on retreat start and end dates, from/to airports like: Zurich, Dusseldorf, Vienna, Munich etc.
What is included in the RETREAT Price?
Accommodation for 7 nights at the retreat center for double occupancy.
All group sessions with Ezgi Taslidere Fisher for 8 days.
Daily breakfast at the hotel.
One group welcome dinner at the hotel.
All yoga materials. However you may prefer to bring your own mat.
Airport Transfer: Transportation from and to Crete Chania (CHQ) airport.

Individual personal coaching sessions with Ezgi can be booked separately.
Individual astrology sessions/astrological coaching with Ezgi can be booked separately.
Individual family and systemic constellations with Ezgi can be booked separately.
Individual formal instruction sessions for Neelakantha Meditation with Ezgi can be booked separately.

We highly recommend to use the opportunity to do additional individual sessions with Ezgi. During the retreat if you wish to do any of the above private sessions/coaching with Ezgi, she will be available for you and very happy to offer her many skills in astrology, coaching, etc.
