Energy Awareness Coaching Sessions
Energy Awareness Coaching Sessions are for individuals who are looking to deepen the relationship to their own natural energetic expression. By bringing awareness into the individual's energies and appreciation for their own natural expressions through the tool of Reiki and Astrology. *The knowledge of Astrology and Reiki are NOT required for these coaching sessions.
The Energy Awareness Coaching Sessions are a blend of: discussion and experience that encourages a natural expanded awareness. Making use of the innate energetic expression of the natal chart and the impactful yet subtle energies of Reiki. These sessions are designed to build potential; as an internal perspective shift.
Astrology: the subtle energies of the natural expression that is being embodied. Expression.
Reiki: the subtle energies of light and frequencies that exist in all life. Expanded awareness, Consciousness.
Initiating awareness is a main objective in these coaching sessions and with that intention the structure is designed around the individual, as we meet you where you are. With each coaching session being a(an):
discussion of the current experiences in life to meet you where you are in your natural expression
guided energy awareness that connect your current experience with the subtle energies of potential
designing awareness actions to further connect to both the expression and conscious choices.
