On a personal level the journey is meant to serve your overall wellbeing. We work on the emotional body, mental body, physical body, we integrate the work spiritually as well.
We combine various holistic growth tools such as astrology, family & systemic constellations, holistic counseling, psychotherapy, human design, reiki, shamanic wisdom, yoga, philosophy, chanting, meditation, and more.
