YOGA-IN-PERSPECTIVE

30h Training #2 with Ezgi Fisher and Brian King,

September 25-27, 2020

[IN-PERSON + ONLINE via LIVE STREAMING]

@STAMBHA-Lake & STAMBHA-Online

YOGA-IN-PERSPECTIVE is developed by Ezgi Fisher and Brian King. They have been working on this co-creation for a long time both individually and together. YOGA-IN-PERSPECTIVE considers many perspectives from various disciplines for physical body and beyond, and from all these perspectives boils down to its own method. It outlines a simple method for the health of the body; which is a culmination of many years of experience, knowledge, perspectives that is an expression of a complicated thought process.

In this 30-hour training we will be exploring a new starting point with a new thought process to reorganize our body towards sustainable wholesomeness and health. Up until now if you’ve been introduced to any of this work that Brian and Ezgi have been developing, it has been in pieces. We have not yet had the opportunity to speak fully from this new perspective in a well-structured 30-hour training format.

This well structured training is a unique opportunity to explore the puzzle in a more complete way and dig deeper into the full process. We will clearly outline the Center in the physical body defined in detail. We will also fully decode the Seed Center, learn how to bring awareness to it and the awareness actions that nourish it. We will dig deeply into why it’s helpful and how it guides the way toward health. We will look at the anatomical implications of it in detail and build an anatomical map for the whole body.

We will focus on a different process and different anatomical key points than are used in most movement practices. We will cover the how and why infinity cores, the directions to rebounding, sit happens, basic balance and body buffing and we will practice bringing the process and pieces from these postures and moves back to our yoga practice. The point is to use the new details expressed in these thought processes to bring a new level of detail and understanding back to our pre-existing movement practice.

We will have various other dimensions of yoga supporting the discovery: Asana, Philosophy, Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama and Deep Contemplation. By the end of the training, you will have begun building your new body, have a clear understanding of how to continue developing it, have new tools for helping to organize your yoga practice with clearly defined initial sequences and moves that you can practice regularly, understand the actual anatomy that supports the thought process.

This will be the Part#2 following up our Part#1 training in June. If you have done the training in June, we highly recommend that you attend Part#2 to culminate the process. We will be introducing further detailed concepts of YOGA-IN-PERSPECTIVE.

You are most welcome to join this training even if you have not attended Part#1 in June. We will review all the concepts and break it further into pieces.

The training is open to all levels of practice and experience. All is welcome, with curiosity about the health and wellbeing of your physical body and beyond!
