BTY practices followed by Questions&Answers session.
The gathering mostly starts with mantra and pranayama practices followed by group meditation and Q&A.

If you have received your NMI initiation with Ezgi another time, or with Paul in June during Paul’s event in Zurich or somewhere else with another Authorized Neelakantha Meditation Teacher, you are most welcome to attend.
