This session is offered for free and is open to everyone.
It is for anyone who is interested to learn more about Neelakantha Meditation practice.
If you are interested in developing a lifetime meditation practice which is easy and effortless that you can do on your own daily, you are highly encouraged to attend this orientation.
There will be a brief orientation/introduction to Neelakantha Meditation: to the theory and practice of NM. It will be followed by Questions&Answers session.
