STAMBHA Yoga Class is a holistic yoga class embracing all the dimensions of yoga.
STAMBHA Yoga teachers teach an all-around practice supporting personal and spiritual growth along with the physical practice combining various dimensions of yoga and various other tools. Experience a deep journey within yourself and take in tools that you can use daily in your life from various aspects.
