In a safe space we explore our body’s wisdom through ancient dance techniques that let us unfold our inner treasures of femininity.
Sisterhood, goddess archetypes, dance, and sharing will be the themes of this soft experience.
In these few hours, you will taste what this method of self-healing has to give: renewing your connection to your body as well as your emotions, sharing the space with other women.
Explore this vulnerable space within vou in a safe and guided way, dive into the archetypes of feminine qualities, find the strength of your inner goddess - the culmination of the pleasure and joy of being a woman.

Shirin Ladina Kunz is a faculty member of STAMBHA School of Healing Arts. Shirin has been a student of life since very early on. Her quest for freedom, self-discovery, and the meaning of life sent her on a journey back home to herself.
The interest and love for the human being brought her to study various traditions and disciplines. University studies in psychology and human medicine give her the academic background for her work.
She studied the dance of the goddesses in Amsterdam to find insights about the way of the feminine and unlock her own inner goddess. The realization that the body carries deep wisdom and that nervous system regulation is an essential part for living a healthy and fulfilled life brought her to study yoga and somatic healing practices. Her love for psychology and the depth of the human psyche were the starting point to study astrology. She is now about to complete her master’s degree in human medicine and, in addition, become a functional medicine practitioner.
Her own story, the deep shadow and expansion work she has been doing, gives her a deep understanding for the depth of being a human being and fills her work with compassion and the sensitivity to create a healing space. She is on a mission to help individuals to step into their authenticity, rewrite the stories that are keeping them from reaching their highest potential and tap into their own body-soul-wisdom.
