The weekend workshop🤸🏻♂️ will be a multidimensional journey into the deep practice of ✨YOGA✨. We will be exploring the Awareness Actions of ❤️STAMBHA Yoga💙 through a revolutionary movement practice🌟 and we will also explore them in their application to the Traditional Yoga Poses🕉.
Ezgi will be guiding you through a discovery of your own unique path of TRUST through these multiple dimensions of the yoga practice - Asana, Philosophy, Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama and Meditation. Via these multiple dimensions of the yoga practice we will explore different layers of our existence and bring our awareness to each layer: physical body, breath, mind, heart, wisdom, and deeper into our core essence.
Each of the sessions will focus on specific classes of yoga poses for in depth discovery and we will also have a specific mantra, mudra and pranayama setting with a Hindu-Tantra philosophical theme open for satsang. The sessions will build on each other to culminate a deep journey🌀🥰
We will tap into an alignment based juicy flow to access and open the stagnant parts in your physical body for further discoveries as well as any stagnant parts in other layers of your existence. Be prepared to dive deep into various layers of who you are through this weekend journey initiating your fullest potential as you expand your edges through a powerful yet accessible multidimensional practice. You will fall in love with your inner wisdom guiding you to a strengthening and yet opening and delightful experience tapping into the divinity of your existence to tap into a path of TRUST for the New Year.

Ezgi Fisher is the founder of STAMBHA Yoga School and the method. She has been training teachers over a decade and has taught more than 15 Teacher Trainings, both 200-Hour Teacher Trainings and 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Trainings. Her expertise lies in bringing her extensive yoga training, therapeutic training, fitness, acrobatics and Hindu-Tantra philosophical studies harmoniously together into her yoga teachings. She has taught many workshops internationally over many years and she is very excited to re-ignite her passion for teaching yoga workshops and she is very much looking forward to integrating her new teachings in this weekend’s workshop. She has a lot to share with you!

“Walking a Path of TRUST”
Session 1: Saturday 10:00-13:00 “Initiate the Path of TRUST: Ignite the Fire of Transformation”
Fire/Agni Practice: Standing poses, backchain/frontchain/sidechain strengtheners, infinity cores, backbends, basic arm balances, heart openers.
Session 2: Saturday 14:30-17:30 “Arrive into TRUST: Invite the Nourishing Nectar”
Nectar/Soma Practice: A juicy flow of hip openers, twists, side bends, forward folds, seated postures, inversions, pranayama, meditation.
Session 3: Sunday 10:00-13:00 “Grow in the TRUST: Divine Play in the Heart Fire”
Fire/Agni Practice: Playful fire practice, Arm balances, deeper backbends, playful fun transitions.
Session 4: Sunday 14:30-17:30 “Surrender into TRUST: Embrace the Nectar of Your Being”
Nectar/Soma Practice: A sweet and deep grounding practice for a nectarful ending of the weekend, embracing everything you have discovered in this journey to guide you daily to “Walk a Path of TRUST”. Deeper forms of: Inversions, hip openers, twists, seated postures. Pranayama and meditation.
