Friday 25 Jan 18.30 – 20.30: Yoga Workshop Session #1
Saturday 26 Jan 10.00 – 12.30: Yoga Workshop Session #2
Saturday 26 Jan 14.30 – 17.00: Yoga Workshop Session #3
Sunday 27 Jan 10.00 – 13.00: Yoga Workshop Session #4
Individual Reiki sessions by appointment throughout the entire weekend.
Lunch together at Kafi Kornsilo (at groundfloor of SPARK & STAMBHA). Let us know in the registration if you’d like to join us. We will book your seat at our lovely long table.
Description:
Ezgi will be teaching the Yoga workshop. The group Yoga sessions will include Asanas, Philosophy, Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama and Meditation. Find out more about Ezgi.
Hamsa Serena will be offering the individual Reiki sessions. The individual Reiki sessions will provide an additional opportunity to identify and release blocks and focus your intentions. Find out more about HamSa Serena.
REGISTRATION:
Full weekend (Yoga Workshop and 1 Reiki Session): CHF 390.-
Yoga Workshop only: CHF 300.-
(for STAMBHA Yoga current teacher trainees: CHF 250.-)
Single yoga sessions: CHF 90.- per session
