Movement and dance were part of my life from an early age. My passion started when I was 6 years old with classical ballet. During my youth I was more attracted to jazz dancing and found new inspiration in a Jazz Dance Group for more than 5 years. In 2005, my love to Yoga sparked a new world for me. I became more attentive in dealing with my body, my children and fellow human beings, which gave me more strength, balance and inner peace. Even today, because of my dancing background, I am still more of a flexible person and the practice of Yoga helps me to build up my strength every day. An incredibly important component to walk healthy through everyday life.
I teach with a lot of love and pleasure in movement. It is very important for me to accompany people on their way to a healthy relationship with their body and mind. But Yoga is much more than just practicing Asanas. Our body needs rest, more than ever. We find this peace and relaxation with conscious breathing. In all my lessons I create space for Pranayama (breathing techniques). Proper breathing relaxes the mind, muscles and organs and helps to prevent tension in our organism.
