5 nights - 6 days RETREAT: Rejuvenation, exploration within and out.
1st Day Arrival - Wednesday September 6: Arrival is anytime after 14:00. The first yoga practice will start at 17:30.
General Daily Schedule:
7:15-8:15 Sunrise meditation and pranayama session to celebrate each beautiful dawn in this beautiful paradise.
8:15-8:30 Tea break
8:30-10:30 Yoga practice
10:30 Delicious brunch of variety of fresh organic food to rejuvenate our bodies
The major part of the day is free for your own exploration, either to go deeper within or to explore the outer beauty on the island! May it be going to the beach, swimming in the turquoise sea, or relaxing by the pool, or exploring the surroundings on the island, discovering beautiful hikes or exploring the magnificent coastline etc.
17:30-19:00 Restorative yoga practice
19:00-19:30 Sunset meditation and pranayama
19:30 Delicious dinner from fresh organic food...
6th Day Departure - Monday September 11: The morning schedule will be same as the previous days: meditation, tea break and yoga practice. The retreat ends after delicious final day brunch. You are free to explore more on your own if you like!

What is included in the RETREAT Price?
- Accommodation for 5 nights at the retreat center for double occupancy.
- All sessions with Ezgi Fisher for 6 days.
- Daily brunch and dinner at the retreat center.
- All yoga materials, however you may prefer to bring your own mat.
- Not Included are: flights & transfer and massages & treatments at the retreat center. Details on flight options and reservations, airport pick up and further information please contact Stambha Yoga office assistant Luna. Buy your flight early as the prices are still reasonable right now. You are welcome to choose any flight you like.
