A Yoga and Philosophy Workshop with Ezgi Fisher and Andrea Boni
Asana, Philosophy, Deep Contemplation
Discovery of the Self
June 29-30, 2019
For over two thousand years, the Bhagavad Gita has been the beacon for all seekers who sought spiritual guidance in an East-West dialogue between timeless wisdom and living a more spiritual life today. This beautiful text is a detailed map to the treasure itself – a handbook for a new vision of life just as it is. In the workshop we aim to connect our bodies and hearts to some of the most practical teachings of the Gita and how to implement them into our active lives.
Andrea and Ezgi will be teaching this multi-depth workshop combining their unique gifts, knowledge and experiences to create an in-depth weekend workshop journey for your personal and spiritual growth and understanding. Discovery of the Self.
This workshop is a practical laboratory in which everyone can experiment with personal ways to connect with the innate truth of the heart and become comfortable with uncertainty. It means to allow participants to experiment with the teachings by using the means of inner contemplation and meditation, as well as Yoga. In this way, personal study becomes a tool for mutual discovery. The intention is to make the teachings alive in our daily living.
All four sessions will be combination of self-discovery through teachings with Andrea Boni and Ezgi Fisher via various dimensions of yoga – Asana, Philosophy, Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama and Deep Contemplation.
